The very first service I ever offered as a personal trainer was group personal training, and it was the main service I provided for my first 5 years in business.

Why was it so popular? Because it worked! I've worked with people to help them lose large amounts of weight, gain large amounts of strength, and basically replace the ideas of what people thought they were capable of.

From 5 stone weight losses to strength sport competition at regional, national and international levels, group personal training produces results, not only that.. it's about the most fun you can have in the gym!

Seeing a personal trainer one-to-one can be expensive. Despite the large amount of applicable knowledge that can be gained from a single personal training session, sometimes you need help on a more consistent basis and this service delivers on that.

Time: Tuesdays and Fridays at 7pm

Designed to increase strength and fitness in men, this programme is based on free weights and is suitable for a wide range of ability levels from beginners to advanced. Large strength increases are typical. Results are guaranteed.

I offer better rates for those who commit to training for 12 months, commitment is good for business and great for fitness. I still make flexible versions available for those who prefer them.

I abide by fair trading standards, if you are in contract but find yourself in a position where you are unable to pay due to unforeseen circumstances, don't worry unnecessarily, get in touch and we'll work towards a fair resolution.
