How Online Personal Training Works
When you sign up, you'll receive a questionnaire that I send to all of my online personal training clients. You'll tell me some important information about you that help me create a plan perfectly suited to you. After you've filled out your questionnaire, we'll schedule a call where I'll find out more about your goals, preferences and your circumstances.
I'll personally create your training programme for you within 48 hours and call you when it's done. You'll be able to see your training programme in my easy-to-use app, where you can log all of your progress and keep in touch with me 7 days per week.
I will create a simple but delicious meal plan, tailored to your goals and tastes. You can log all of your food intake within the app, so I can continually improve your meal plan over time until it becomes so well suited to your lifestyle, that you wouldn't want to eat any other way!
Exercise video library
I don't leave you in the dark when it comes to the technique and performance of exercises, within your training programme, you'll only ever be a tap away from a video demonstration and written explanation of the exercise. You can track each workout and even see how you've improved over time!
