Personal Training Prices

Pricing for personal training varies based on a few factors. Generally those who train alongside others or commit for a greater length of time, pay less per session for personal training.

Standard Personal Training

Standard Personal Training is a monthly service with no additional commitment past the current month.

1 x personal training session/week:    £100 per month

2 x personal training sessions/week:  £200 per month

3 x personal training sessions/week: £300 per month

4 x personal training sessions/week: £400 per month

5 x personal training sessions/week: £450 per month

Couples (price per person)

1 x personal training session/week:    £75 per month

2 x personal training sessions/week:  £150 per month

3 x personal training sessions/week: £225 per month

4 x personal training sessions/week: £300 per month

5 x personal training sessions/week: £320 per month

Group of 3 to 5 people (price per person)

1 x personal training session/week:    £50 per month

2 x personal training sessions/week:  £100 per month

3 x personal training sessions/week: £150 per month

4 x personal training sessions/week: £200 per month

5 x personal training sessions/week: £250 per month

 

 

Unlimited Personal Training

Unlimited Personal Training gives you as many sessions as you want to achieve your goals. This service offers an excellent price but demands a 12 month commitment, if you have big goals that will require a long-term commitment to improving your fitness, UPT is almost always your best option. Prices are given per person.

Just you: £250

Personal Training FAQs

Do you offer support?

Yes, all personal training clients will be given my personal mobile number to get in touch via text or phone. You can get in touch via facebook too, but I currently only check social media once or twice a day.

Do couples have to be married?

No, 'couples' do not even need to be romantically engaged. Couples here refers to a group of two people.

What if I train as a group but another member can't make it to a session?

Not all members need to attend every session. Only one session can be booked daily for couples and groups however. If a group member can't make a session, they just miss out on that session, you can still train.

Can I pay in cash?

No. All subscription options are paid via secure direct debit, all product options are paid online via paypal.

If you would like to pay up-front for a set period of time, you can do this but it will still need to be as an online payment, simply because I work seven days per week and rarely have the opportunity to bank cash.

What if I can't make a session?

I am happy to reschedule sessions if you let me know that you're unable to make it to the session as long as I have the time to do so, even if it's only shortly beforehand. If you make no effort to inform me that you won't be attending then you will lose that session.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes. If you attend the minimum number of agreed sessions for your goal AND follow the nutritional advice, then you are guaranteed results. This results comes into play after you have been training continuously for 3 months. Strength and muscle related goals almost never fall below expectations, however weight loss expectations sometimes do. You will be provided with an app in which you can record your food intake, if your weight loss stalls, you will be required to keep food log within the app to show what you are eating. If you don't do this for a minimum of 2 weeks consistently when asked, you won't be able claim your money back.

Has anyone ever used the money-back guarantee?

Personal training with me is results-focused. Everyone is informed of it when signing up. No one has ever enquired about using it.

What if I sign up for a contract but become unable to pay it?

As with any contract, you should be careful not to over-commit yourself, but sometimes unfortunate circumstances arise. I adhere to fair trading standards, so if you run into financial difficulties, have a private word with me about it and we'll work towards a fair resolution.
